The dyes used in the production of textile industry are toxic substances that resistant to biological treatment. Most them have highly complex polymer structures. Salicylic acid (SA) is an important hormone produced by plants provides tolerance many biotic and abiotic stress factors. Duckweed (L. minor L.) free floating plants. These been laboratory toxicological studies researchers for reasons such as their high adaptability aquatic environments, small biomass ability accumulate contaminants. aim this study was evaluate some biochemical changes duckweed 75 ppm, 150 ppm 300 Everzol Navy ED (ENED) reactive dyestuff 0.5 mM SA ENED application. Total chlorophyll carotenoid contents were found higher at dye applied groups on day 7. Peroxidase (POD), ascorbate peroxidase (APX) Glutathione S-transferase (GST) activities total glutathione (GSH) content increased with application groups.
